About your Mentor
Caitlyn mentors with a calm, generous presence, balancing creative intuition with practical experience drawn from years working across weddings and events. She believes the most meaningful work emerges when designers feel supported, confident, and free to trust their instincts.
With a background spanning design, agriculture, and floral work, she brings a thoughtful, holistic perspective to each session.

Private mentorship spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience.
Pricing begins at $400 per 4 hour session, inclusive of all flowers and materials. Discounts can be applied for farmer-florists bringing their own product to work with in the session. All sessions will take place in our garden studio in Metchosin, BC.
